Recently Susan (my wife) and I purchased a Toyota Highlander from Toyota World of Newton (TWoN). Our salesperson was Mike Yodice. His approach was low key yet informed; allowing Susan and I to make the best decision regarding the features of the car, while staying within the expressed price range. After purchasing a vehicle from another dealer, and being very unhappy, I came to Toyota hoping that they could help me with my situation. I received an email & phone call from Nicole in minutes after submitting my online inquiry. I offered to put down a deposit -she said she will hold the car, and won;t charge my card. On the day I came to close the deal, the car was already prepped. Another sales person (Lou Kosco) took over from Nicole. He, too, was very helpful and courteous. I signed the paperwork and was done in about 40 minutes. Lou even arranged for a driver to drive my new car to my home. He gave me a very good overview of the features of the car; paired my phone's Bluetooth w. the car and answered all my questions. More

Mike Yodice has helped my family with new car lease/purchases not once, not twice but three times this year. My most recent experience with trying to roll in the last few payments of the first ca lease/purchases not once, not twice but three times this year. My most recent experience with trying to roll in the last few payments of the first car I bought for my daughter almost four years ago when she turned 17 into a payment for my son who will turn 17 in a few weeks was completely enjoyable, speedy and fast. Mike Yodice is a delight to work, listens well to our needs and wish, and finds a way, regardless of all the obvious obstacles. And the check out process...painless. Said we'd back at a certain time to pickup the car and sign the papers...everything way ready and waiting and we were done with pen part in less than 40 minutes. And while we were signing away, I could see my soon to be driving son sitting in the new car, getting all the instructions from Mike Yodice about how to set up etc... the ear-to-ear new car smile is worth every penny. I know I'm making the payment, but Mike Yodice made it happen. Three times this year...five times in almost four years. We are happy and satisfied and I don't know why I've even looked other places.
