This was the 3rd Toyota vehicle that we purchased at this dealership. Mike Yodice was our salesman and he could not have been nicer. We had a very pleasant experience. Mike Yodice has helped my family with new car lease/purchases not once, not twice but three times this year. My most recent experience with trying to roll in the last few payments of the first ca lease/purchases not once, not twice but three times this year. My most recent experience with trying to roll in the last few payments of the first car I bought for my daughter almost four years ago when she turned 17 into a payment for my son who will turn 17 in a few weeks was completely enjoyable, speedy and fast. Mike Yodice is a delight to work, listens well to our needs and wish, and finds a way, regardless of all the obvious obstacles. And the check out process...painless. Said we'd back at a certain time to pickup the car and sign the papers...everything way ready and waiting and we were done with pen part in less than 40 minutes. And while we were signing away, I could see my soon to be driving son sitting in the new car, getting all the instructions from Mike Yodice about how to set up etc... the ear-to-ear new car smile is worth every penny. I know I'm making the payment, but Mike Yodice made it happen. Three times this year...five times in almost four years. We are happy and satisfied and I don't know why I've even looked other places. I count Mike as a trusted business associate and a friend. Thank you Mike Yodice for making my son one of the happiest soon to be 17-year-olds around and not killing my wallet at the same time. You and Toyota Scion World of Newton rock! Five times over!!! More

Bringing your car for service or purchasing a new one is a pleasant experience and because of that and the excellence of service - you continue to do business with them. Today I brought my Rav in for service and was going to be late for the appointment and they told me not to worry and bring it in when I could. While waiting for my car I met Mike Yodice and talked about purchasing a new Rav. He is an excellent listener and has complete knowledge of the vehicle..every question was answered. I ended up buying a 2013 Rav 4. The sales manager, Bob Leonard, came out to meet me. He was gracious and approachable. After being there for hours, the prices they were coming up wih were ridicioulous, I could lease a BMW for that amount. I was told my tires had bad wear and tear, the car is 2 years old and Im way under the miles Im alloted and barely drove the vehicle. I tried Toyota 2 years ago being I live right down the street, i was previoulsy with jeep for 8 plus years and wanted to try a difrent car. I have turned in my jeep with scratches, knicks, dents and they never batted an eye. I asked the manager could they work out a deal being my husband was buying a car as well, again no budging. I then got up and said i will go somewhere else after I turned in my car and the manager said ok without hesitation. I never expierenced such poor customer service in my life! I never felt like a valued customer and my huisband has since went to Honda across the street on 206 in Newton and bought his car. He had the best service and Honda and Kia both told us they have heard numerous complaints from people that had bad expiernce in Newton Toyota. I then emailed toyota and someone repsonded back thet were sorry and I would get a call immediately ( this was Julsy 1st almost 3 weeks ago and havent heard anything!!!!)...I am also in the industry with many ties to the community, what a shame they lost 2 deals and a customer..Toyotas loss is Hondas gain! We found Tony to be very personable and helpful walking us through the process of purchasing a new car. In fact, two days later we went back and bought a used car from Tony (2009 Jeep Liberty). The service of the whole organization was very professional from Tony, through the manager and the finance person. Showing us how to use all the button and gadgets on the car was also very nice. saved us reading the whole book. this is my second RAV4 and I would definitely recommend the car and this particular dealership and working with Tony was a pleasure. My previous car (1998 Ford Escort, with 168,000 miles) died last week and I needed to replace it quickly. We decided on another Toyota, we had purchased a Corolla 5 years ago. We had had a good experience with Kevin Smith at Toyota Scion of Newton and started there. When we arrived we were told Kevin was no longer with them, so we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mike Yodice. After listening carefully, Mike understood our criteria for purchase and set about showing us only those cars which met our needs. That showed respect for the customer and was quite refreshing. We had started by telling Mike that we were going to shop around but make a decision within 24 hours. He respected that also, wished us well and sent us off with all the information and paperwork we would need if we decided on him. He followed up with a phone call thanking us for coming in and offering any assistance we might need. After checking out the competition, we returned the next day and purchased our 2013 Corolla from Mike. He walked us through the paperwork as efficiently and expertly as he had done with the car, with the able assistance of Spencer Incera in Finance. It is a well run and inviting experience and we would refer any friends to them. Have to dash off in my new car now.... More
