I went to this dealership because of a recommendation and Betsy was the sales person recommended. Initally we sat down and she explained all the questions I had and then took me for a test drive. Because I had did research on the internet and knew exactly what I wanted and did not want to settle for a car on lot Betsy then went on the internet to see if any were available and there were none so it had to be built. It took about three weeks and when the car came in Betsy spent well over three hours showing me all the functions of the computer (apps, navigation etc) and where all the switches etc were located and how to operate them. She then connected my cell phone to the blue tooth. When we were all finished she said that if I had any questions to just call her and she would be glad to help. She also took me around to show me the service department and introduce me to the service personnel. I got the impression that she was not the kind of person that was just there for just a "days pay" but that she really loved her job and had the customers concerns and well being in mind. After purchasing a vehicle from another dealer, and being very unhappy, I came to Toyota hoping that they could help me with my situation. I offered to put down a deposit -she said she will hold the car, and won;t charge my card. On the day I came to close the deal, the car was already prepped. Another sales person (Lou Kosco) took over from Nicole. He, too, was very helpful and courteous. I signed the paperwork and was done in about 40 minutes. Lou even arranged for a driver to drive my new car to my home. He gave me a very good overview of the features of the car; paired my phone's Bluetooth w. the car and answered all my questions. More
