Nobody's Home Bought a new 2003 Camry here and thought I'd go back when in the market for a replacement CPO car after receiving an email exclaiming, "The SNOW has h Bought a new 2003 Camry here and thought I'd go back when in the market for a replacement CPO car after receiving an email exclaiming, "The SNOW has hit us HARD these past couple days and has significantly affected our flow of business. We are WAY behind our monthly goals since we had to cancel our big clearance event Saturday and now Monday and Tuesday's BIG storm. We cannot end our first month of the year this way and need to get out a MASS amount of cars in these final few days of the month. " Saw a few eligible candidates on their website and wanted to make an appointment to come see them that day. Spoke by phone with Walter who committed to bring over some selected vehicles from an affiliated dealer, and find others that met my criteria. Said he'd call back in 5 minutes, assuring me there were "plenty of drivers" at the ready to bring cars onto the lot.. One hour later, I called back as I had not heard from him and was ready to make the drive to a dealer that could promise me they had in hand what I was looking for (Camry XLE 2010 or later). Not only had Walter done nothing about it, but his colleague Paul also said they were understaffed and could not say when they'd get the cars onto the lot. I was put on hold several times. When the call was unexpectedly disconnected a second time, it seemed obvious this dealership was not as "hungry to make a deal" as they had expressed in their email. Instead I drove 1.5 hours to Lakewood in Brick, where the customer service is unparalleled. More

I am a repeat customer because Betsy is the best! I have purchased 5 cars from Betsy Marrero over a seven year period for myself and my daughter. As our needs changed, our cars did as well. This last Prius had close to 100,000 miles on it. I had that one for two years. That had cosmetic issues on the inside. My son used it to transport car parts, tires and anything he could. I think the requirement was greese or dirt. Needless to say, it was messy inside. The engine was fine, it ran like the day I bought it, I have no complaints or issues with the mechanics of the car. In fact, I miss it. Anyway, I do have a new 2014 Prius that I have every intention of going well over 100,00 miles. Just a few words about Betsy. She does treat you like family, with sincere interest in you and your concerns or needs. We do have a relationship, it's' not over and done when I walk out the door. She genuinely cares. Also, I did not go to anyother car dealer, I went right to Betsy! More

John Mayo was highly knowledgable and very efficient in taking us out on test drives and helping us focus in on the car that we ultimately took home (which wasn't the car we initially thought we would get, but we absolutely made the right choice). We told Betsy exactly what our financial situation was and what needs we had as a family with 3 growing children. We honestly did not expect much but she was able to meet our every need. We are currently the proud owners of a Toyota Sienna that the whole family loves. She was able to work to meet our needs financially without putting us in over our heads.
