We had heard a lot of good things about the Subaru lineup but the prices weren't meeting our budgetary needs. Not only did Betsy help us make our decision by addressing both the pros and cons of both Subaru's and Toyota's, but she guided us to the GREATEST CAR WE'VE EVER OWNED! Our (Iron Man!) red RAV4 has all the all wheel drive benefits as its Subaru counterparts and none of the fuel wasting negatives associated with full time AWD. And if that wasn't reason enough, she was able to secure us a RAV4 promo that got us a lease payment that was less than that of the Subaru Legacy (a sedan). She reassured us that the RAV4 was the way to go, especially after mentioning that our Dog would need a place in the back away from the baby. Being new parents, we didn't even think of it. Do not trust them Had my frame replaced here. Everything was working when I dropped it off. They wanted to charge me additional for master cylinder, battery, alternato Had my frame replaced here. Everything was working when I dropped it off. They wanted to charge me additional for master cylinder, battery, alternator, power steering, muffler and now all new AC system. I was a sucker and paid extra for many of these. They promised they filled the AC system after breaking it to replace frame, later admitted they did not. Now after months they finally filled it said it was fine 30 days later not working now tell me it leaks all over. Three people quoted me all different prices $1500 - $5300 to replace it. Steve Partineo the manager said he would help me gave me 10% discount. Ha ha joke!. I am not going to pay for mechanic mistake. I am in service business too when my guys break something we replace it at no charge to customer. More
