Customer Friendly Over the years I have purchased many new cars and trucks in fact, this will be my fourth Tacoma. My recent experience at Toyota World of Newton was, b Over the years I have purchased many new cars and trucks in fact, this will be my fourth Tacoma. My recent experience at Toyota World of Newton was, by far, the best I have ever experienced. It began with Betsy Marrero, the sales associate, who found the Tacoma truck that I was looking for with the optional equipment I wanted. The trade-in negotiation was crucial to my purchase and the appraiser came up with a fair price for my Tacoma with 96,000 miles. Financing was next and Betsy, with support from her managers and finance people, was able to get me a very competitive rate with payments I could manage. The new Tacoma was ready the next morning and the paperwork process was very smooth and reasonably quick. Finally, Betsy's delivery of the Tacoma was incredibly helpful, from the new features on the 2017 to the very complex audio and navigation system. She paired our phones, set up the navi system to get us home and to another location in Maine. My wife and I were very impressed with her depth of knowledge about the Toyota. Betsy even took off the license plates from our old Tacoma herself. Since then I have had several questions for Betsy and she is always available, pleasant and accommodating on the phone. Needless to say, we will return to Toyota of Newton and Betsy Marrero. More
