Toyota World Keeps My Car Going Beautifully I've been a customer of Toyota World and Mueller since 1991, when I bought my 1991 Toyota Corolla wagon. I taught school with a colleague who raved ab I've been a customer of Toyota World and Mueller since 1991, when I bought my 1991 Toyota Corolla wagon. I taught school with a colleague who raved about his Toyota, and I decided to make a switch from American cars, even though my dad worked for Ford and I had been a Ford fan for years. My Toyota Corolla wagon served me and then my son for 265,000 miles, and would probably still keep going, but I traded it for a 2002 Toyota Avalon in 2001. This car now has 213,000 miles, and is on its way to 300,000 miles. The car is a dream, has never let me down, and a friend who rode with me last fall (albeit elderly) thought it was a new car. I came in to have them check on tire pressure, as I've driven only 1 1/2 tanks of gas in the last 3 months, and the left front tire seemed low. I needed new tires on the front and alignment and other repairs. It has been several months since I was last in. I feel I can trust this dealership to maintain my car so I can travel to visit friends in Maryland and in Maine and get around safely. They took me immediately, drove me home while they made repairs, and the Service Mgr. himself even picked me up to get the car. I felt fortunate to have Anthony Guerriere take my car in. He has been at this dealership a long time and I trust his judgment. He works well with customers. Thanks to all -- and to the service guy who repaired my car. More

my frustration I came in an leased a car on 12/11. I picked the car up on 12/13. They told me it would take an hour for finance, etc. I was there 2.5 hours. I fina I came in an leased a car on 12/11. I immediately called the salesman and he told me to call in the morning. I had a very long day and I left very frustrated. I took an unpaid day off work to rectify this. The salesman told me he couldn't do anything to help me because it was a Saturday. I finally got the right car on Monday, but they offered me $10 off the lease to keep the wrong car. I said it's not my mistake. Why did nobody double check when they picked up the car? On Monday the gentleman in finance told me he was sorry and that these things happen. This has never happened to me before. Because I called out sick from work everyone asked if I was sick, I told them all what happened. More

Auto Purchase We worked exclusively with John Castellano. On our first visit I told John the truth. Our 2008 Sienna van had 200 thousand miles on her and it was t We worked exclusively with John Castellano. On our first visit I told John the truth. Our 2008 Sienna van had 200 thousand miles on her and it was time to trade in for a new one. We told John that we that although we had a wonderful experience with the last Sienna, we wanted to check out two other options before making a purchase; Chrysler Pacifica and Honda Accord. John spent an incredible amount of time with us. We test drove the new one and John answered all the questions we needed answered. He did not pressure us which gave me a feeling of mutual trust and respect. I left the dealer saying, if we choose the Sienna it will be John that we return to. Three days later we did just that. We actually made an appointment with him and again we were met with friendliness, a great sense of humor and again mutual respect. That night we finished our negotiations and drove our new Sienna off the lot. There should be more salesmen like John. I hate high pressured sales in fact I would pay more to a dealer that demonstrates the same respect that John did. Great employee! Don't loose him! Darryl Bott More
