Scheduled a tire rotation online after calling several times and being told that there was no availability. lessons learned, other than that every time I go back to the dealer it's a different person i de times and being told that there was no availability. lessons learned, other than that every time I go back to the dealer it's a different person i deal with after being asked if I would like the same associate from the last visit etc., they are getting better and they are efficient but no personal touch, sometimes they wash the car, sometimes they don't, i would like more consistency. thanks, jay More

Internet sales staff (Kate Morris) is attentive to the customer needs, has excellent grasp of the inventory and is willing to search for the vehicle, the customer will end up actually buying. Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. Family has purchased many cars here and all take them to the service center for maintenance and we are SEVERELY overcharged.
