Scheduled a tire rotation online after calling several times and being told that there was no availability. lessons learned, other than that every time I go back to the dealer it's a different person i de times and being told that there was no availability. lessons learned, other than that every time I go back to the dealer it's a different person i deal with after being asked if I would like the same associate from the last visit etc., they are getting better and they are efficient but no personal touch, sometimes they wash the car, sometimes they don't, i would like more consistency. thanks, jay More

Internet sales staff (Kate Morris) is attentive to the customer needs, has excellent grasp of the inventory and is willing to search for the vehicle, the customer will end up actually buying. Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. Family has purchased many cars here and all take them to the service center for maintenance and we are SEVERELY overcharged. I appreciated the way my salesman, Richie Ferrante was so thorough and very patient trying to help me make a decision as to which car to lease. Also the finance guy (sorry forgot your name) was very patient thorough and very patient trying to help me make a decision as to which car to lease. Also the finance guy (sorry forgot your name) was very patient taking the time to explain my situation and what was necessary to get out of it and into a newer car. All the salesmen work together for their customers, when I was waiting for paperwork to generate, Sean took the time to transfer my Sirius radio from my old car to my new car using his own app on his phone. This was the second car we purchased in less than a month as my daughter purchased a Corolla from Richie a few weeks prior. Again he was very helpful, personable and patient with my daughter as this was her first experience purchasing a car. This is a very nice store and I wish them continued success. More
