I went to Muller Toyota for my regularly scheduled service on my 2005 Toyota Camry. Mark, the service advisor informed me that I had a loose bearing on the driver side front which could create a pote service on my 2005 Toyota Camry. Mark, the service advisor informed me that I had a loose bearing on the driver side front which could create a potential safety hazard. We previously replaced the bearing in October 2011. After checking with Toyota customer assistance, I was glad to learn that the bearing was covered under warranty. We came for a 3:00 p.m. service appointment. The dealership had 2 technicians work on my car and the service department was able to complete my repair the same day. It is great that they keep their service department open to to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. More

Honestly? I vowed never to buy from Toyota ever again due to a terrible sales experience I had at a different Toyota dealership many years ago. I went to Muller Toyota expecting the worst and with my defenses up. What I found, much to my pleasant surprise, was the most enjoyable purchase experience I have ever had. Most of this was due to sales representative Keith Hicklin. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, he's also a genuinely nice guy. I have been a Honda driver for 10 years, but, as long as Muller Toyota and Keith Hicklin are around, I'm now firmly back in the Toyota family. Gordon Ward More
