Bob has been most helpful over the years. We've purchased 4 cars from him and have always felt that we got a fair deal. He works hard to make the purchase as easy as possible and handles all those purchased 4 cars from him and have always felt that we got a fair deal. He works hard to make the purchase as easy as possible and handles all those small details that a nervious buyer might overlook. I feel that Muller Toyota is a fair and honest dealership. I would recommend them to anyone. More

The same as last time, Jeff was very good to deal with, as we got straight, honest information (no BS) and were able to negotiate a good price that was competitive with other dealers, but without the usual hassle and trickery. I would recommend this dealership, and in particular, Jeff Kemp, to anyone I know who is looking for a car. Eunice A. Sage More

In September 2011, my wife and I purchased a Certified 2009 Toyota Camry (Certified means that the car has supposedly been gone over and checked.) In this case the front rotors were warped, none of the tr 2009 Toyota Camry (Certified means that the car has supposedly been gone over and checked.) In this case the front rotors were warped, none of the tread on the tires were up to minimum specs of five thirty seconds. During my conversation with the salesman upon purchasing the car, I had shared with him my bad experience with Muller Cheverolet which has since gone out of business. He assured me that this experience with Mueller Toyota would indefinitely be a better one. Being a trusting soul I purchased a certified (or should I say un-certified) car from him. After speaking with Toyota certified they told me to take the car back and give Mueller Toyota a chance to make it right. Everyone was very apologetic, however after you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar how else are you going to act? Time is money and if you are dealing with Muller Toyota you better have both time and money. Upon getting my car serviced at Muller Toyota, again the checklist was pencil whipped and I'm not even going to take my car back to the dealership. I will perform the service that they didn't. Free service is just that. You pay nothing and you get nothing. There's more to service than a big fancy building and nice looking uniforms, and song and dance people with smiles on their faces. Find a small respectable businessman to service your car. Now, I am going to outside and clean my battery terminals after my free service so that I don't have to worry about getting a call from my wife saying the car won't start. The Muller apple doesn't fall far from the Muller Tree. More
Our experience dealing with Clay on the purchase of our 2012 Prius plug in was exceptionally good. Clay was always quick to respond via email or phone whenever we had questions for him. He explained clearly what we could expect in terms of timing and requirements throughout the sales process, and as a result, that process was not only painless, but actually pleasurable. More

He asked pertinent questions about what I wanted in a vehicle and gave informative answers. If he didn't know the answer to my question he found the answer. It was enjoyable to work with him and I did not feel pressured to purchase but was given information I could used to make my choice. He is the type of car salesman I would always enjoy working with and would recommend him to my friends. My friend, who referred me, has used the service department so I know they do a good job because of her. I hope I won't have problems with the Rav 4 but if I do I feel this service department will do good work. More
I went in to Muller Toyota because I needed a vehicle with better fuel economy. I had bought my previous two vehicles from Muller so going back for a third seemed like the natural next step. Before I e with better fuel economy. I had bought my previous two vehicles from Muller so going back for a third seemed like the natural next step. Before I even went to go in and discuss the purchasing of a new vehicle, I spoke to Keith Hicklin on the phone to give him a rundown of what I expected and what I hoped to accomplish and he was very accommodating and friendly. I had a trade-in and was given a very fair price on it. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and the team at Muller was willing to search around for it (the car I wanted was not in stock). I was treated with respect and did not feel the pressure that is often associated with salesmen - even when my emotions were running high. I would recommend Keith Hicklin to anyone who is looking for a fair, kind, reasonable salesman. He also showed me how to work the Bluetooth and other things inside my new car before I left. I am very happy with his work. More
Before my visit to Muller's, I didn't particularly like to do the "car shopping" bit. I was very impressed with the people at Muller, starting from the initial contact with Jeff who was quite friendly and to do the "car shopping" bit. I was very impressed with the people at Muller, starting from the initial contact with Jeff who was quite friendly and knowledgable. I arrived very early for my appointment with Jeff who was helping another customer so they introduced me to Matt Belson. Matt is very personable, friendly, honest and knowledgable. Matt was the sole reason I purchased my new vehicle from Muller. He was very patient with my multitude of questions and made certain each questioned was answered. Matt helped me through the purchase from the beginning until the handing me my set of keys (including scheduling my 1st service-oil change and tire rotation). I actually passed 10 dealerships, traveling over 40 minutes to reach Muller; I have to say that I would absolutely recommend Muller Toyota and especially Matt Belson. In fact, I will be purchasing another vehicle in about 3 years for my teanager and I will not go to any other dealership - they have my business! More
I test-drove several other vehicles before deciding on a Toyota Highlander. My initial salesperson was Andrew who, although new to sales in the dealership, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very Toyota Highlander. My initial salesperson was Andrew who, although new to sales in the dealership, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly. Once my wife and I expressed interest in buying, Andrew brought over Carl, the sales manager, to negotiate a purchase price. Although I was expecting the high-pressure sales pitch, Carl was very easy to negotiate with and we quickly came to a deal. The vehicle was delivered to us in a week and Jeff, a different sales person, took us through the features and accessories. OK, I had not purchased a new vehicle in 10 years, but do I really need an Owners Manual with over 500 pages? Suffice it to say that the manual is VERY detailed; so much so that you learn how to start the vehicle once you reach page 70. Overall, we had a very good experience at Mueller Toyota and would recommend them to anyone interested in a Toyota. Finally, as with any major purchase, you need to do your research to ensure you are getting a good deal not only on the vehicle, but also on all the after-market options such as extended warranties and such.
