As a woman, I sometimes feel vulnerable when taking my car in for service or an oil change... I don't know anything about cars or the maintenance of them, etc. How will I know if I'm getting the run arou car in for service or an oil change... This feeling usually happens during oil changes or periodic maintenance checks. I have had service performed on my cars in three states. Sometimes I felt like I was dealt with fairly and honestly. Other times I felt like I (and my wallet) was taken advantage of. Two times this dealership had the opportunity to service my car for strange problems. I didn't know what was wrong, and expected the worst. The first time, this dealership explained a spider nest was blocking some sort of air conditioning vent, so the backed-up condensation was why the sopping wet floor mats wouldn't dry out. They cleared the problem, no charge, and sent me on my way. Today I came in with some unfamiliar caution lights and the engine light was on. With 83k miles on my Highlander, I assumed the problem(s) could have been anywhere between small and enormous. After an hour, I was told my gas cap wasn't sealing correctly. It would be $125 to replace it and continue going through the diagnostics to see if there was any other problem. I could not connect the dots on this one and was afraid I was being taken advantage of. The look on my face and tone of my voice certainly gave away what I was feeling. I told the gentleman to proceed with the repair, as I didn't feel I had any choice but to fix it, and was fearful what else might turn up. Thirty minutes later, the gentleman walked up and provided me with a few receipts showing the replaced gas cap at a cost of $22.75 and he "took care of the rest". I didn't understand. He explained that he waived the labor cost. In a cracked voice, I explained I've had a sort of 'pile-on' kind of week and thanked him; he said he understood, gave me my keys and wished me a nice day. I didn't expect someone to work on my car for free, and I also didn't expect an act of kindness when I felt the weight of many trying moments in the last 6 days. Muller Toyota - Thank you for dealing with me honestly and more than fairly. I wanted to be sure others knew of your upright and honest ways! More
We came into Mueller Toyota because we were interested in a number of different Toyota new cars. Bob Tobias and Mueller Toyota did all the things I would expect of a good car dealer, and we have come across many that do not do many of those things. We would go back to Mueller Toyota without question the next time we need a car. More
Stopped at the dealer to look at CPO Highlanders. I spoke with salesman Jim Libiano. I ended up buying a Highlander as a result of the nearly painless negotiation we had regarding price. I feel I paid a very fair price for the truck and had a very positive interaction with Jim. Upon returning home with the truck I discovered a minor issue, which to me was a major issue. Long story short, Jim did what he had to do to make everything right with me. He essentially jumped through hoops to correct the issue. In other words, he provided the type of customer service that should be expected but is rarely experienced. I will gladly refer family and friends to Jim in the future. More

I'm sure I will continue to be satisfied with the service at Muller Toyota. Jim Libiano met us in the parking lot the first day of our visit and he helped us from that moment on. We were originally looking at the Prius's and we test drove two models of the Prius. They were nice but Jim encouraged us to test drive a Camry. I loved it as soon as I sat in it. The ride was very smooth, the car felt comfortable and I really wanted to buy it. My husband wanted a brand new one with no miles on it, so we continued to look around at other dealers for a brand new one, with everything in it and a reasonable price. We ended up back at Muller and we got the car we wanted and a reasonable price. We liked the service we received from Jim and we felt this was the best dealer to work with. Vicky helped us with the financing process and she did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from everyone at Muller Toyota, especially Jim. Thank you. The overall purchase of a my new Toyota car was the most pleasant car purchase I ever had. Bob Tobias was easy to deal with - friendly and always trying to make the customer happy. The entire paperwork process was rapidly handled by Bob and his associates, and I was able to drive the car home at the end of the purchase process (~ 2 hours!). It was a pleasure dealing with Bob Tobias during the entire car-buying process. My wife and I felt he was both honest and fair, which is a big key. After a 2 hour drive from Monmouth County, Clay directed me to Anthony Muller. Although the RAV-4 Sport we were interested in, was not as we expected, Anthony and Carl made sure we got the Limited- a much better car with better equipment and much less mileage for about the same money. They also made sure we took advantage of the 1.9% financing available for all CPO RAVs. The car is immaculate and my daughter loves it. My wife and I feel comfortable that our daughter's in something safe and fuel efficient for her trips back and forth to college. Now we're going to work on replacing my Tundra. Anthony has a plan where I can replace my 2010 and pay less. I'm certainly going to take advantage of this offer. I've been in a lot of dealerships in the last 20 some years, and by far the team at Muller is a well oiled machine- efficient, professional, courteous, considerate, detail-oriented and humorous.
