I called and made a appointment a week advance for a Warranty Enhancement item on my car that needed to be fixed. I called Toyota headquarters and they set me up with another dealership(Thank God), as Muller Toyota does not come remotely close to being able to set appointment and have the part available. although they had a weeks notice. All the while other dealer ships have no problem doing it at all the first time. A totally armature operation with very little intelligence going on. Sorry it's the truth and that's how it happen... I can only surmise that because I asked for them to only do the covered repair warranty enhancement, as my car was just serviced by my own mechanic, they were angry because they wanted to fix something for money. More

This service was performed on our 2007 Corolla which has over 300K miles. The alternator finally wore out. While we replaced battery once, we didn't have any other problems with it. This has cemented our relationship with Muller as it has built up trust in your staff. Since moving to Warren County, the mileage we put on our vehicles mounts steadily. Most of our family and business concerns are in NYC and Essex County. Which isn't a problem since Toyotas are dependable and the Muller dealership are accommodating for service issues. Overall our experience with the Muller Toyota dealership has been outstanding. Toyotas are our preferred vehicles and we currently own 2 Corollas. For quality of service and attention to detail Muller dealership has always met our needs. So when my sister-in-law FINALLY got her driver's license in NY December 2012, she came out to our house for a visit. I brought her with me for a minor service visit. While we waited for the service to be completed, we wandered into the showroom where an alert salesman, Lou Levinson, asked her if she would be interested in taking a test drive while we waited. She took her first test drive & bought her first vehicle that day - she is still ecstatic about that day. Two months later my husband decided that he needed a vehicle for work because his office is in NYC & he was tired of his extended commute which includes taking NJTransit out of High Bridge - so he scouted the used vehicles on your website & decided on a vehicle. Everyone from our salesperson, Adam Irvine, to the sales manager, Carl Signore, was very professional, polite, and truly seemed to want to work with us and make us happy. With so many horror stories, and so many bad reviews of other dealerships, we kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. Muller was upfront, honest and overall very professional. We had a truly positive, exceptional car buying experience from start to finish with Muller. They addressed our concerns and I'll say it again they were UPFRONT & HONEST. We bought our car and took it home the same day and are so very pleased with Muller. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!! More
I went in for an oil change and ended up buying a new car. My 2010 RAV4 had almost 80,000 miles on it. I only have my service work done at Muller Toyota.
