I called and made a appointment a week advance for a Warranty Enhancement item on my car that needed to be fixed. They did not have the standard part to even accomplish the repair when I got there, and Warranty Enhancement item on my car that needed to be fixed. I called Toyota headquarters and they set me up with another dealership(Thank God), as Muller Toyota does not come remotely close to being able to set appointment and have the part available. although they had a weeks notice. All the while other dealer ships have no problem doing it at all the first time. A totally armature operation with very little intelligence going on. Sorry it's the truth and that's how it happen... I can only surmise that because I asked for them to only do the covered repair warranty enhancement, as my car was just serviced by my own mechanic, they were angry because they wanted to fix something for money. Most of our family and business concerns are in NYC and Essex County. Which isn't a problem since Toyotas are dependable and the Muller dealership are accommodating for service issues. Overall our experience with the Muller Toyota dealership has been outstanding. Toyotas are our preferred vehicles and we currently own 2 Corollas. So when my sister-in-law FINALLY got her driver's license in NY December 2012, she came out to our house for a visit. I brought her with me for a minor service visit. She took her first test drive & bought her first vehicle that day - she is still ecstatic about that day.
