Typical car salesman experience everything is fine and dandy until the price of monthly payment game begins. Salesman tells you the current number is the best they can do then when you say it's no good t dandy until the price of monthly payment game begins. Salesman tells you the current number is the best they can do then when you say it's no good they find a better price ....back and forth, some annoying typical arrogant manager comes over and the prices they give you are nowhere near discussed possibilities when you think the price is going down the term of the loan is just getting longer without that even being told to you. blah blah blah .... all that is expected I guess. The most annoying part is that the salesman stated "I give you my word if we don't make a deal you will not be called on our behalf, we don't do that." Well of course it's been 2 days and I've been pestered ever since. Same old story the industry is just incredibly annoying and shallow and this place is no different. More

Brandon helped me find a car I was happy with and that I could afford and then he introduced me to the service staff and showed me their new facilities. I also received a follow up call from him and an email from Cary the manager to be sure that I was indeed happy with the car and the experience. My husband and I were shopping for a small reliable SUV with large cargo space, and good gas mileage. We first met Chris in the Toyota parking lot while we were searching for a parking space. Chris helped us find a spot then showed us several Rav4's on the lot. He let us take one for a test drive. I loved it immediately. My golden doodle had lots of space in the cargo area to lay down. We left Toyota and went to check out the Honda CRV. The Honda salesman could not meet my monthly payment limits for a purchase or lease. We returned that day to Toyota where Chris sat down with us immediately to work the numbers. At first he could not arrive at a payment low enough for my budget, but when Chris suggested a FWD model (which I actually preferred for better MPG) he came up with a lease payment we could afford, along with a down payment we could manage. Absolutely no pressure, no stress. My first new car. What a great experience. More
