We ha For the past three car purchases (including the one that I am writing on today), my family has gone to the local Toyota dealership in Lakewood. We have been Toyota fans for years, and on this last visit (around March 10), I was fortunate to be helped by a Mr. Sam Johnson. Sam was very helpful in finding a vehicle closest to my budget and needs, he answered all our questions, and he was expedient in getting us the car I needed. When my lock/unlock remote stopped working, he helped in getting me into the service shop as soon as possible for a free service to re-calibrate the remote. The serviceman, Eric Marin, was very helpful in fixing my car and getting back to me. I am very pleased with my experience and my purchase, and would recommend the dealership to future customers.
