I asked Eddie to take a few minutes to discuss my other leasing and purchasing options just to be sure. He was personable and friendly. After many hours of indecision I bought a new Highlander. It was a difficult decision but in the end it was the right one. Eddie never lost his patience as I continued to change my mind while considering my options. He never tried to push me in a direction I wasn't comfortable with. He spent his whole day with me, and at the end of it all I found out it was his first independent sale.
