This would be my first lease that my husband ever entered into while we lived in Florida. Since he has passed away since then I had to handle this by myself. Another good experience at Toyota World I purchased a Toyota 9 years ago at this dealership and had a good experience. I went to "just look" this weekend and drove away in a new Highlander! I purchased a Toyota 9 years ago at this dealership and had a good experience. I went to "just look" this weekend and drove away in a new Highlander! Chris Purdie was my Sales Advisor and he was great. The typical stereotype of "car salesman" he was NOT! It was a pleasure to deal with a Sales Advisor who was professional but also personable and low pressure. I asked a question and Chris was not 100% of the answer- he was honest an said he would check for me as he did not want to give me the wrong information. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear in order to make a sale - instead he told me the truth, got the information and it helped lead to the sale. He also lived up to the title Advisor as he made suggestions on other vehicles that may better suit my needs when I was unsure. The other vehicles were not more money, so he was not trying to upsell me. Brandon Torres was also very good to work with and like Chris Purdie, presented several options to consider. I would recommend Chris Purdie and Toyota World of Lakeworld and they will again be my first choice in the future for any car buying needs. More

Brandon and the senior staff at Lakewood were able to work with us so that we can make the purchse with in our budget in a single visit. Flawless used car buying experience This is my first car buying experience, and I was worried that I was going to have to deal with a salesman going back and forth with his manager for e This is my first car buying experience, and I was worried that I was going to have to deal with a salesman going back and forth with his manager for every dollar. Although I heard they are pretty good at Toyota World, I could not have had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership with a car that was falling apart and knew I was in a bad position to negotiate, but Chris and Paul did everything they could do to accommodate me. The dealership was clean and open, and I didn't feel like salesmen were swarming like I've felt elsewhere. Great guest waiting area. When Chris was taking me to cars, I was the one pushing looking at different and/or more expensive cars on him! Even though I arrived after 5pm, he was patient and got me an answer to every question I asked. When I was deciding on which car to get, Chris told me to go with my gut on what color I wanted and trim I liked, since those who settle often regret it later. I am so happy he gave me that advice, since I could not be more in love with my car. The car was detailed while I finished up paperwork and met with the finance manager, and the team stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. As a mechanic manager myself, I went back the next day to meet with the service team and look at the service area and was impressed with how clean and quick their operation was. I'm looking forward to getting my vehicle serviced here, and recommend anyone meet with Chris at Toyota World of Lakewood. More
