Very low pressure sale - Excellent Experience Bought a new Camry SE Hybrid at Toyota Sunnyvale. From arrival to end, the purchase of the car was low stress. Our salesperson, Luke, was knowledgeabl Bought a new Camry SE Hybrid at Toyota Sunnyvale. From arrival to end, the purchase of the car was low stress. Our salesperson, Luke, was knowledgeable and efficient. When we arrived, he asked if we knew what we wanted, once we told him, we went to his office to check inventory. We had visited another dealership that day, but they walked us around the lot for 45 mins "looking" for the cars we were interested in - so having Luke check inventory from the start put things on the right track. We did the usual price bartering, but never once was it uncomfortable. I counter with a fair offer and they accepted. The sale of the extended warranty was low pressure. I normally dont buy the warranty, but with this being a hybrid, I wanted piece of mind - so 6 years, 75k bumper to bumper seemed like a good thing. We only had to deal with one person, Luke, from start to finish. This was good, I dont like being bounced around. He was gone for about 30 mins, but that was to be expected. My recent experience at Toyota Sunnyvale Service Center was fantastic! Olivia went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and she was conscientious of the limited time (and money) I had set aside for was fantastic! Olivia went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and she was conscientious of the limited time (and money) I had set aside for the appointment. I didn’t feel pressured into paying for any preventative maintenance, but she did inform me of all the additional recommendations (outside of my usual oil change) and she gave me advice about which ones I should do immediately vs ones that could be put off for a bit longer. I spent a bit more money than I expected, but I was still very pleased with the service. More
