Owner of a new 2020 Camry! I visited Sunnyvale Toyota in December 2019 while shopping for a new Camry, and had a wonderful experience. John Le, who was the salesman I spoke with I visited Sunnyvale Toyota in December 2019 while shopping for a new Camry, and had a wonderful experience. John Le, who was the salesman I spoke with, was extremely kind, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout the entire car buying process. On the car lot, John was very knowledgeable about the different Camry trim levels. He broke down the differences between them and allowed me to take a look at different models and colors on the lot, which allowed me to get a better understanding of my buying options. During the test drive, John walked me through all the features of the 2020 Camry and was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. While on the salesfloor, John was very patient and gave me lots of time to review my order. In the end I was happy on the price we settled on. Overall, I felt the buying process went by very smoothly from start to finish, and I am very satisfied with the level of service John provided. More
