He was very knowledgeable about all the pre-owned cars he showed us. We test drove three separate cars we were interested in, and drove them around streets near the San Jose dealership. Shehzad was very helpful and very kind. He listened to our needs and spent a lot of time with us. We ended up purchasing a new car because of the lower finance rate. We live in the San Diego area and wanted to time our new car purchase with a trip to the Bay Area while visiting family. The vehicle selection, pricing and admin details were all worked out in advance via e-mail and telephone. The relationship was trusting to the point they held the car for over a week without a deposit. Upon arrival at the dealership the car was ready, we received the requisite demo and then off for the signing. All in all we were in and out in a few of hours. But most important is that the wife really enjoys her new car. Thanks Dave and Roy! More

David worked with the service dept to fix some small scratches on the new car probably sustained during loading/unloading and made the experience wholesome. The dealership when you visit may not look fancier like the others but there is a high chance you will strike a nice deal and end with better overall experience at the end. More
