Not sure if other dealers offer a similar replacement offer but it was an exceptional experience. Kudos to Dan and Toyota Sunnyvale (and blames to Toyota quality)! More

John went the ‘extra mile’ for us during our search, extending his time and hospitality during our test drives (on two separate occasions) while we narrowed our search until finally deciding on the 2016 Camry XLE Hybrid. John took the time to explain all the documentation and manuals for our new vehicle, the warranty and service contract, etc… A true gentlemen and real professional! And finalizing the sale couldn’t have been more seamless. Sean Nguyen in the Finance Department was very thorough in explaining all the documents requiring signatures.
