The first time was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car and this time was no different. They were super busy and the Sales Manager Jeffrey helped us since there were no sales persons available. He was super easy to work with! Ahmad finidhed the deal and even came in on hid off day to finish it. We were done in about 2 1/2 hours total. They even did a dealer trade to get the vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Wasted my time and money by not keeping appointment The management at Toyota Sunnyvale does not value its customers, unless you bring money. They put unqualified people (probably earning minimum wage) The management at Toyota Sunnyvale does not value its customers, unless you bring money. They put unqualified people (probably earning minimum wage) at the phones to make appointments which then cannot be kept. I had made an appointment to get a recall problem fixed (it had taken Toyota already over a year to get the part necessary to fix that problem, and meanwhile I could not use the front passenger seat). So finally Toyota said they had the part. I made an appointment on the phone to bring in the car, I gave her the VIN number on the car and the recall data, and she said I could bring the car on Saturday 9:45. I go to the appointment, and what do you know, they don’t have the part. “We are sorry. Come again another day. The girls on the phone don’t know.” It is not that simple. You wasted my Saturday morning, and I will need another 2?3 hours for the next appointment. I could have worked at $100/hour on that Saturday morning. It is the management’s responsibility to have knowledgeable people on the phone, so they don’t make appointments they cannot keep. There was nothing about this case that was unforeseen. “Sorry” really does not cut it. It you bought a flight ticket and they told you the plane was full, would you accept a “sorry”? If you had a doctor’s appointment and the doctor said they don’t do back problems today, would you accept a “sorry”? It shows contempt and total disregard for the customer to just brush them off with a “sorry”. The management is saving a buck and doing things on the cheap, and they do not care when it ends up wasting a customer’s time and money. I do not blame the person in the service department. This is a management problem. More
