Despite our demanding short notice requests he always responds quickly with what we need (quotes, recommendations, help with setting up maintenance) and provides thoughtful recommendations ranging from which cars suited our needs, to friendly advice such as 'watch out for the dip in the road on the way out of the parking lot'. I once emailed him asking about the trunk locking feature when leaving keys with valet. He had responded via email, and I had thought nothing more of it, but the next time I visited Toyota for maintenance he set aside time to meet me and demonstrate the feature. Again, he always goes the extra mile and makes me, the customer, feel like an important customer. He personally addresses all of my questions, however small, and without fail always walks me to the car and sees me off in the parking lot. For customer service I highly recommend Nobu! More
