She was able to get the negotiated cost that we talked about and a good interest rate. It was nearing the ends fthe night and she was able to get the car detailed one last time before we drove it off the lot. The whole experience took about an hour! Not bad in my opinion. I’d recommend Leanne to anyone that doesn’t want those dealers that try way to hard to sell you a car. More

My wife and I were looking for a car. Our short list had two SUVs and I wanted to check out whatever hybrids can offer. We came late evening after work with a goal to get behind the wheel of a specific model. Martin asked about our intentions and helped with questions. He didn't hesitate to bring us very close trim and model which we were looking for. And then there was a test drive, which included regular streets and freeway. Again, I just wanted to try it out, I was not ready to buy a car nor I made my mind yet. I wanted to spend more time driving the car in different modes in city/freeway conditions. I got exactly what I needed. Martin went above and beyond to help me understand the driving experience. He did best friend's job in this sense: friendly, trustworthy and positive. This was it, absolutely no pressure to close the deal same day. The dealership didn't have exact color/trim we wanted. This was not a problem at all: there was one car in transit and were was able to reserve it. I came back two days after in the morning to close the deal and pick up the car. Yes, it was that simple. The dealership gives you a discount from MSRP right from the get-go. They give you options to chose from, any line with dollar amount can be discussed. If you don't like the numbers, ask about it as you would do with your friend. It was very transparent process and absolutely no drama. It is kinda hard to believe when you are committing to financing in a size of a new car, but it is true. Hope you will have similar experience as I had with Martin, Ahmad, and Sean. More
