I regret buying from Sunnyvale toyota. purchased a car on aug 4 2020. They overcharged my by 1050. I just recieved the check yesterday oct 22. My credit Union called them representing me and roy lied to them saying it was being processed,never was bart tells me wait 30 day or 45 day ,check never arrives. The manger Parneet lied to me so many times he stopped taking me calls. i guess he ran out of lies. I left messages with several managers including Dan Kevin Kahn and parneet none returned my alles. any manager that does not return a customers call is gutless and should not be a manger.This is a typicall sleazy used car dealership, so nice when your buying but to dishonest and stupid to correct a mistake.They did not want to send my refund. I am 58 years old have bought many cars never been lied to by so many people in the same dealership.
