It's important to know we actually visited the dealership twice. First time we gathered info and asked Mo to show us quite a few vehicles. We looked at used and new ones. No pressure to buy either by the way. We went so far as to test drive one and then decide to keep looking at other dealerships. Zero pressure from the guy. Of course Mo asked what he could do to make the deal that day, but once we said we needed time to consider, he let us go. He followed up with phone calls and an email, but didn't hound us too much. A month later, we ended up back at Sunnyvale Toyota for our car. Mo is in the "used car lot" of Sunnyvale. We ended up wanting a new car and he was able to accommodate our request. Once we had made our decision, Mo stayed with us through the financial part even though a "Marco" takes over that department. Mo hung around until he handed us the keys! Marco was great too. Talked us through (slowly and multi times) the warranty info and maintenance packages. Thanks Mo! We will be back in a few years when the hubby has to upgrade. More
