Amir Kandil assisted me, showed me the car that best fit my needs. He was well informed and personable, made the decision to buy the car easy. He was there in the evening when I returned with my wife to re-look at the car and help make a confident decision. Not only did he give me great explanations to my questions, he also kindly taught me about CA traffic laws and conditions, auto insurances, and also San Jose area since I just moved here. When I was trying to decide if I should buy a new car or used one, he gave me pros and cons for both options, and he never made me feel like I have to decide quickly. Unlike many other sales (in other Toyota dealer I went to Toyota Sunnyvale hoping to purchase a Prius Prime. Luckily, I ran into Mr. Ahmad Hatamieh. Unlike many other sales (in other Toyota dealerships), the purchasing experience is very pleasant and quick. Unlike other sale, we got a warm welcome from Ahmad, and he went right to the point without putting any pressure on us regarding what options to buy, extended warranty, service package, etc., although he did mention the availability of these additional options. We completed the transaction quickly and happily drove our new Prius Prime home. Ahmad actually changed my opinions about car sales. Did I mention that Ahmad gave us a pretty good deal, without negotiation? Mr. Sean Nguyen then finished the paperwork with us, also quickly. Both Ahmad and Sean were courteous, professional, and efficient. In fact, our purchase experience was so pleasant that I brought a friend of mine two days later to meet Ahmad. KC was busy with I came it and he in KC and JJ helped me with my 2016 e-golf sold to Toyota Sunnyvale on 10-18-2018, it was a such amazing experience. KC was busy with I came it and he introduced me to JJ for a every quick estimate for my car. They told me immediately the truth about my car lease that they might not be able to buy because it's still under lease that dealership will have to pay way more than my payoff price, so they recommended me to payoff first and then bring the title back to them. I knew it's not KC and JJ's fault and did payoff in a week. JJ helped me a week later when I brought the title in and he provided the estimate same about 10 days ago, another thing that amazed me is I asked about $50 more for the estimate to just make the sold an even number and JJ did not even bother to ask me and just printed out the registration form with $50 more price on it. More
