Very poor service and bait and switch tactics! I scheduled an appointment to test drive a used Toyota RAV4, which I confirmed on the phone with a used car dealer the day before, and again in the mor scheduled an appointment to test drive a used Toyota RAV4, which I confirmed on the phone with a used car dealer the day before, and again in the morning via text. I traveled via Caltrain and then walked to the dealership (~2 hours total, I live in San Francisco). When I arrived, they were "unable" to find the car I requested. They then tried to get me to look at other cars on their lot, as if I would just forgive the bait and switch and trust them enough to buy a car from them. I was understandably frustrated, and asked to be reimbursed for my travel, which they refused to do. Overall, they wasted 4 hours of my time, and I would not ever go back. More

My mom old car was not comfortable for her and we wanted to get her a new car and due to Covid I could not travel to do this for my mom. My mom does not speak the language and also she has severing hearing to get her a new car and due to Covid I could not travel to do this for my mom. Ahmad not only took care of trading in my mom old car, but also gave her a great price and took care all the paper works for her. Since then my mom has been so happy with the car. He also offered us to get the wear and tear waiver service from Toyota which I believe was a great suggestion as I know how my mom drives :).
