The Best Place to purchase a new or used car!! I had visited several other car dealerships in my area. I also went to the same named dealer in a near by city. I was very disappointed in not being g I had visited several other car dealerships in my area. I also went to the same named dealer in a near by city. I was very disappointed in not being greeted when I walked in. I was basically ignored. Really? When I did find a sales person he acted a little put out I was bothering him! Wow!! Toyota of Palo Alto was so helpful, relaxed and answered all my questions. I know this sounds corny but they really were like Family!!! Adela was the sales person that helped me. She showed me many cars, taking her time. She was so informative too! When it came to the paperwork and financing Bart was the Best!! Giving options and he explained everything in detail! If you, or someone you know is looking for a new or used car Toyota Of Palo Alto is where you should go! Oh and by the way ,..I had purchased a Honda Civic used from them. They said buy it, take it home. If you don't like it for ANY reason ..you can bring it back in 3 days. No questions asked! That's just what I did. However I DID buy a Toyota Corolla S 2014 ..I love it!! These guys really want the customer to be happy! How refreshing right? More
