The absolute rudest experience I’ve had at a dealership. We were at this dealership to try out a Prius Prime. The sales person we worked with told us that we could leave my dog in his office. Unfortunately, We were at this dealership to try out a Prius Prime. The sales person we worked with told us that we could leave my dog in his office. Unfortunately, we were called back because she was whining. This was a suprise because she’s trained as a service animal and doesn’t usually whine when left alone. We came back right away to pick her up to find out that Marco Mora was feeding her salted almonds and chocolate. I do not know if this was the cause of the whining but I would say it is very likely. Marco was very hostile when asked about it and in general - I’ve never had such a bad experience with a dealership employee, let alone one that tried to poision my dog. We were here to buy the car on the spot and decided to give our business to a different dealership instead. Customer service is rated as high it is because the other sales associate was completely fine. More
