Service was prompt and complete. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted at the door and the paperwork was quickly completed. The Service took only 45 Min. and was as I expected. More

The new girl at the first station of the service dept. was very rude. It seemed like I was "bothering" her when I brought my car in for service. When I went to pick it up, I assumed she had my keys. Whe More

Bernice, I was glad we were able to talk in person when you were in for service. Again, I want to aplogize about the experience that you had with the service advisor while you were here. I did notify the service manager immeditely. We hope you allow us to continue to service your vehicle, because we truly value you as a customer. Thank you again for telling me about your experience because this helps us greatly to improve our service. Respectfully, Amanda Wolffram Customer Relations Manager

I would like to take the time to thank you for providing our dealership with feedback. I know we spoke on the phone, but I would like to apologize again about the service employee killing the flies with a notepad. At this time we have hung fly traps all over the dealership to remedy this problem. I was happy to hear that you were completely satisfied with the work that was performed on your vehicle as that is our main goal. Again thank you for your feedback and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Respectfully, Amanada Wolffram Customer Realtions Manager

Paul made the new vehicle buying process easy and pleasant. Usually new car shopping is an unpleasant experience, in this case Paul made quite painless. Thank you Paul and Toyota of Colchester. More

Mark, I wanted to thank you again for taking the time to give us information about your experience. As stated when we spoke, the service manager has looked in your owners manual and found that the tires are recommended to be set at 30psi, 35spi when it is cold. However, you did state that your tire pressure light was on and turned off when you put more air in the tires. This is something that I would bring to our service departments attention next time you are in for service, this way they determine if there is anything causing that to happen. We also spoke about your tires not being rotated because you need new tires and the better ones were already on the front, so the technition only balanced them. I understand that this was not explained to you and the proper people were spoken to, that way this does not happen in the future. Again, Thank you very much for your feedback and I am happy that I was able to get you answers to your questions. Respectfully, Amanda Wolffram Customer Relations Manager
