We went to look at a late model Toyota Corolla and were shown a nice 2009 with around 46,000 miles on it. The ad said it was certified but when we sat down with the salesman he said it was “certifiable” a shown a nice 2009 with around 46,000 miles on it. We thanked him and said we would think about it. Upon doing some more research we found that other dealers include any certification cost in their advertised price. We found a beautiful Certified 2010 with 23,000 miles for $1,200 less at another dealer. More

The service that was supposed to be performed was not noted on the receipt, so it was unclear if it was performed. The check list of services also was not checked for that service. I think if I go there for an oil change and a tire rotation the completion of those tasks should be clearly marked not left blank. They seemed surprised that I questioned this but if you give a list I would expect it to be accurate. The person who sold me the care and who I feel is honest did email me to assure me that the service was performed. I still think it should have been reflected on the receipt and the checklist. More
I had a scheduled 9AM service of my NEW Toyota Tacoma. I beleived I would have had the service (LOF), tire rotation completed within 45 min. 1hr and a 1/2 later I was leaving the dealership. My experience was entirely satisfactory from start to finish (once I got past the baffling maze of temporary fence that rings the dealership). That service is very much appreciated. It was done in a reasonable timeframe and, of course, you can't beat the price. More
My engine was blown on the Saturn. It cost them over one hundred dollars to tell me that. So essentially they did no work to it and told me what obvious. Rick Rodriguez is an exceptional man. He has an innate ability to make one comfortable in his presence. This fosters the ability to speak your mind and not feel as is judgement may be upon you. He is honest, provides clarity and is willing to go beyond the scope of his position as a sales person even after the sale. This was evidenced by his extending an invitation to return to the dealership to assist with me with any computer based questions I may have about the Entune system and other related tech equipment. Rick provided me with the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. The Toyota company and the Dealership are fortunate to have Rick as a member of their team. Linda Gechas More
