After several years of dealing with the same local Toyota dealer and not really feeling good about our experience, we decided it was time to look elsewhere. We took a ride to Toyota of Greenfield and were pleasantly surprised. Although the showroom itself was not as flashy as others and rather small, the overall experience was a very pleasant one. Our sales person, Marty, was extremely friendly and willing to listen, and try to best meet our needs. He was honest and up front and very knowledgeable. Our experience with the financing department was just as pleasant. We were very happy with the whole experience and will surely recommend this dealership to others, as we already have! We not only got a new 2011 Sienna at a great price with a wonderful experience, we feel we have gained a friend. Thank you! More

I really like my red impulse Toyota. There were a few misunderstanding and it did take longer than I would prefer to remedy the situation. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They all deserve a 6 for superior. From the moment I walked through the door there was someone to make sure I was comfortable. i was looking at trucks online and saw a Ford Raptor. I called Marty Kendrick, even though it was his day off, to see if he knew anything about them. Marty said he would find and give me a call back. He called me back right away and gave me some information. The next day I went to the dealership and ordered this vehicle. Marty introduced me to several people there and a few of them helped out with the ordering process. This was on October 4, 2010. On January 20, 2011 the truck had finally come in. Marty called me to let me know and then went with me to see it that evening, even though he had already been at home for the evening. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him going out of his way to do this! Everyone I met at this dealership was very nice and friendly! I love my new truck and when I want to purchase another vehicle I will definitely go back here! More

Marty was very accomodating and (along with my AAA coverage which I volunteered) helped facilitate the towing of my purchased my 2010 Toyota Matrix. I appreciated that he did not put too much pressure on me to buy because I would have been very put off by that technique - Basically he made it a very easy, convenient experience. He also followed up with my insurance when they needed some written documentation about the security system on the car. I like my new Toyota ; I would do business with Toyota of Greenfield again. I DO think I have been asked to fill out too many questionnaires after the fact. I already wrote one review and sent it in, and I have been asked a few times hence, making me think that maybe it did not go through? But I sent it.
