UpdTe to my review of 3/1: had a problem with no A/C in the 2020 truck. Sent 2 emails to my salesperson Dan - no response. Finally took it to the closest Ford dealership - A/C compressor needed to be repla the 2020 truck. Sent 2 emails to my salesperson Dan - no response. Finally took it to the closest Ford dealership - A/C compressor needed to be replaced. Not impressed in the QC of all systems.....and once the sale is made, the salesman disappears.... More

Mainly remote interactions - great convenience I accidentally met my sales manager driving home from Keene, NH late last year. Dan has maintained contact until such as I was ready to buy a new F- I accidentally met my sales manager driving home from Keene, NH late last year. Dan has maintained contact until such as I was ready to buy a new F-250 as a tow vehicle for an Airstream 28' Flying Cloud. Most of my interactions were via text or e-mail (as I am out-of-state or out of the country a great deal). Did check out a few other dealerships and none offered the service or deal I was looking for. Dan made it very easy, even though he is still new to this dealership. More

I have had this dealer service my 2017 F250 for two years now. The service was always prompt and well done. When they sent a Ford trade-in incentive offer I was skeptical that they could meet it. They exceeded our expectations and as a result I have a new 2019 F350 XLT diesel with the options I wanted for a really good deal.
