Marty's knowledge and expertise in discussing and showing vehicles is also a valuable asset to the buying experience. We met with Marty twice at the dealership and had several phone conversations in between our visits. Marty consistently provided us with very useful information that helped to confidently guide us to our final decision. He was always willing and very able to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had throughout the process. Marty even delivered our new, fully fueled car right to our home and then drove our traded vehicle back to the dealership. In his recent follow-up call, Marty reminded us that he'll continue to be available to us to answer any future questions we might have. Our buying experience was truly a hassle-free pleasure thanks to Marty Kendrick. We also extend our appreciation to Craig Bodenstein in financing and business manager Faith Mba for their assistance with our purchase. As we finalized our purchase, they, too, provided us with very clear answers and useful advice in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from Toyota Ford of Greenfield. We've been taking our '04 Escape for regular servicing for several years and have always been very pleased with service manger Chris Pinardi and his fine service staff. Of course, we'll be happy to bring our new Prius for its scheduled services, too. We're extremely satisfied with this dealership and will continue to enthusiastically recommend it to other folks. The dealer was attentive and willing to show me different cars. I didn't like that I wasn't allowed to test drive a car by myself, which I was able to do at other dealerships, but that wasn't the salesperso cars. In the end I got what I wanted at a good price for this area. It took a lot of hard negotiation though. There was a lot of waiting while the sales rep talked to the manager behind closed doors. I was able to find the same car for a slightly lower price elsewhere, but chose this dealer because they were very close to home. They got the car in the color I wanted and had someone drive it all the way from New York. Overall it was a fine experience. More
My daughter needed a car for school and so we had been visiting several different dealerships. Toyota Ford of Greenfield was to be the 1st of 3 dealerships for us to visit on 7/26. We like Ryan right away, his knowledge of the toyota line was great and his ability to work with us to fit our needs (and price) was a pleasant relief from the experiences that we encountered at other dealersips. My daughter road tested a new Camry and liked it immediately but was interested in another color and perhaps to look at more brands. Ryan convinced her(and me) that if the Camry she wanted was available in the region, he'd work to make it her's. He also worked to make the lease offering attractive to us. The overall ease of interaction and the personal nature of Ryan got the deal done that day. Rather than spend the rest of the day visiting other dealers, we leased a 2011 Camry on 7/26 from Toyota of Greenfield and drove it off the lot on 7/27. More
I explained my needs to Ryan and he responded rapidly fairly and honestly.I had a small problem caused by myself and this was solved by Chris in service in most proffessional way. I was given great service. I was allowed to take a "test" drive to show my wife the car in Westhampton. There, I was able to test how our 4 car seats would fit in the Sienna. The car seat compatibility issue was a deciding factor for us, so it was great to get to bring to car home to try them out. Marty was, for the most part, forthcoming about the cost of the vehicle, although I think his jump from $700 to $2000 on our trade in indicates that the car was really worth more. It seemed like I lost out a bit on the trade. Other than that, the sales process was agreeable and efficient and the service department took car of some minor issues in a timely manner. More

I emailed them about a car they said they had in their inventory and even talked to Ken Kavanaugh on the phone. I drove down there less than 4 hours and he said he didn't actually have it, but had a lot o inventory and even talked to Ken Kavanaugh on the phone. I drove down there less than 4 hours and he said he didn't actually have it, but had a lot of other cars available for 5k more. He lied through his teeth. What a horrible way to make a living!!! Very, very dishonest. I wouldn't trust these guys. Go to Noho instead. More
