Ryan Deveney is the best car salesman with whom I've worked. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rick was friendly and personable. He knew his product and if he didn't know the answer to my questions, he asked someone else. I visited on Wednesday and picked up my truck on Friday. Shane was great. Took care of al my needs and when I did find a few minor issues her arranged to have them corrected immediatly. My late husband and I bought a Rav 4 back in ’06 from Mike and that was also a pleasant experience. We had gone to several dealerships financially ready and eager to buy but they were playing mind games and doing the hard sell and playing the “good cop/bad cop” game that wastes EVERYONE’S time. I was about ready to give up when my husband found Mike’s name on an Internet site for Grenfield Toyota being a highly rated dealership. He contacted Mike and within a few days Mike had a car for us. We drove up and bought the vehicle. The trade-in was fair and the reduction in the sticker price was also reasonable. Now I am writing a review for that website because I had another win/win situation this week when I visited Greenfield Toyota for a different problem and ended up buying a new Rav4. Again Mike Dubour was my salesperson. The manager, Craig, actually sat down and spoke with me and my daughter face–to-face. We discussed price and trade–in value without argumentation or tension. Faith set up the 0% financing and registration for online payment. The transaction was smooth and a very pleasant experience. Well done Greenfield Toyota! More
When I recently found a truck I liked on the internet at Ford of Greenfield, I called and spoke with Ken. He told me the truck was available and that he'd be willing to meet me at the dealership on either S Ford of Greenfield, I called and spoke with Ken. He told me the truck was available and that he'd be willing to meet me at the dealership on either Sunday or Monday morning of Labor Day weekend. Talk about personal service. I told him I would be coming from almost 100 miles away and he wanted to accomodate my schedule as much as possile. He was a pleasure to work with and needless to say, I bought the truck. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the whole process. No pressure! We left the dealership with not only buying a truck, but also making a new friend. More

I started my buying process by doing an internet search and Shane called me back first and almost immediately after I submitted my request. I was impressed by that. Two other dealerships called me as well, but not as quickly. When I visited Toyota of Greenfield in person, Shane wasn't in, so Marty (another salesperson) tried reaching him on the phone. They seemed to work cooperatively, which was a refreshing change. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the sales staff on duty. Marty actually introduced me to the saleswoman sitting next to him. I realized immediately, through the friendly banter among the sales staff, that they were a staff that actually seemed to like each other. As it turned out, Marty and Shane both worked with me on completing this sale, and they were knowledgeable about the vehicle and interested in working with me to agree on a fair price. Buying my car from this dealership was a very positive experience. More

We were both very impressed with Carol's professionalism and honesty. We shopped around for a while and spent a long time trying to find the best deal, and the Ford of Greenfield offered the best. Carol was happy to answer any and all of my extensive questions (being a first time new car buyer).
