This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Greenfield Toyota. I loved my Prius, which I just traded in, but I wanted a small SUV. Our sales person, Marty Kendrick worked really hard to get us Greenfield Toyota. I loved my Prius, which I just traded in, but I wanted a small SUV. Our sales person, Marty Kendrick worked really hard to get us the best deal possible, both for the cost of the new car and for the value of my trade in. Marty was friendly and accommodating and available by phone and in person when we were working out the deal. Once we purchased the car, Marty introduced us to key personnel in the dealership and took us through the car so we understood all that the car could do. I highly recommend the dealership and Marty to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in our region. More

They worked to get the vehicle I wanted instead of pushing me into getting something in stock. Employees were friendly. The only down side was sitting around in the showroom waiting for things to happen, something I encountered at every dealership I visited. More

We were totally satisfied with Mike's service. We told him what we wanted and he was totally helpful. Found us the car and the colors we wanted, and unlike another dealer, didn't play games about charging him what we wanted and he was totally helpful. Found us the car and the colors we wanted, and unlike another dealer, didn't play games about charging us more. In fact, he ended finding a better car for less money and passed the savings on to us. He didn't play any games like other salesmen we've dealt with him, and he stayed late into the evening to make sure he answered all our questions about our new hybrid. I highly recommend Mike. More

My husband and I were looking at the used cars when Shane came out to greet us. He was wonderful. Very informative and super friendly. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us what he wanted, but get us what we wanted. We had seen a SUV we liked the looks of but was out of our price range, so he showed us the ford expedition and we fell in love. It was going to be quite a while before we were going to have the money for it, but he didn't treat us any different. By the time we did get the money for the Expedition our other car broke down and we decided to get a newer used one. Shane was a great help, he took us around the lot and showed us the cars in or price range that had what we wanted. We ended up getting a 2012 Ford Expedition and a 2010 Chevy Impala. He made it a great experience. My husband and I had our 6 month old with us, and then we had to pick up our son (6yrs) and he engaged him in conversation and played with him so we were able to give the paperwork our full attention. I'm sure that when we need new vehicles again we will go back to Ford of Greenfield and I hope Shane will be there to help us again. More
i recently purchased my second new toyota from toyota of greenfield, and i couldn't be happier with the experience. mike was able to get me the exact car i wanted -- options, color, and all -- and very greenfield, and i couldn't be happier with the experience. mike was able to get me the exact car i wanted -- options, color, and all -- and very quickly, too. he answered all the questions i had, thoroughly, professionally, and with a sense of humor. faith carefully explained the terms of my loan, and the theory behind 'gap' insurance. he did this with a great attitude, and a smile. mike dubour in sales, and faith mba in financing, were both wonderful to work with. i wish i could expect this level of customer service everywhere. i would be happy to cross paths with these gentlemen again. She works very hard to keep up with the latest trends in her industry, and, more importantly, listens so that she is showing her customers the right cars. I do not feel like I wasted a minute talking to her. She was patient with our crazy schedule, meeting us in the evening for test drive and delivery. It was a pleasure working with Carol and we will be happy to buy a car from her again. More
Ford of Greenfield had the vehicle I was looking for in stock a two wheel drive ford escape, which other ford dealers did not. I then took it for a test drive with the salesman and really like it. We spoke with the finance department and were able to lease this vehicle and get the best pricing for low mileage and they even delivered it to me the following day. More
Marty was friendley, helpful, kind and not too pushy. He helped get us the best deal possible and when there was something wrong with the car after purchase he took care of that too.
