Our discussions of the Corolla were extremely helpful and he answered my many questions. My Consumer Reports information was well treated. His presentation of the simonize process made sense to me so I included it. The transaction was timely and I was driving away in my Corolla a few hour later. I did not feel pressured to buy lots of add-ons and I was not treated differently because I am a 74 year old woman. Shane stepped in to help as well while Kevin Shea offered input since he has always helped me when I have brought my Camry in for service in the past. The gentleman who test drove my turn in was positive. Faith (accountant who finalized the papers) was very courteous and helpful but I thought the add-on paper was a littleioverwhelming. I recommend this dealership without resevation. I am a faithful Toyota customer. More
Shane was extremely helpful when I came to buy my new car. It was my first time buying a new car and although I had my parents along side with me he did a great job making sure that I was involved as wel car. I just went from a 4Runner ('06 125,000mi)to this 2012 Sienna on Friday jan.6th. The next day I had to do a 200 mile round trip to see my mother(in Miami). I'm in South Florida and forgot to get my Turnpi Sienna on Friday jan.6th. The next day I had to do a 200 mile round trip to see my mother(in Miami). I'm in South Florida and forgot to get my Turnpike Sunpass from the 4Runner so I was forced to go on the 'dredded' I95 and Palmetto Expressway. This vehicle made my trip a breeze. It drives as if floating on a cloud. The visibility was great. Also, the return trip at night was the most comfortable I have EVER felt at night on a mostly congested expressway. The safe and secure feeling means alot to me as I do the Miami trip 1 to 2 times a week. This vehicle makes it fun. Unfortunatly the very next day, Sunday I was in an accident. Nobody hurt but the Sienna was badly damaged on the entire passenger side. My husband was driving and we were on the way to show my son my new vehicle. On his street a young lady backing out of her driveway and at the end of the driveway her foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas just as were passing.So now I'm in a rental while the Sienna is being repaired. I can't wait to get it back.I can't remember being as excited about a new vehicle as this one. More
I came to Greenfield Toyota to by a second car from them because I was very happy with the Prius I bought in 2005. The salesperson what different than previously. I spoke to Ryan on the phone to see if there was a 2010 Prius or used 2011 so that I could get a car that was a little better priced than a brand new one. What sold me on the new car was the fact that Toyota was offering 0% loan on the car. I was very pleased that Ryan was accommodating with our situation, my partner is allergic to fragrances, he made sure the car was not detailed and the driver picking up the car was not wearing aftershave. The only thing I would ask next time is that Ryan gets more info on the workings of the car. We did have to wait quite a while for the specialist to walk us through how to work some things. He was heavily fragranced and the car is now contaminated. Ryan recommended I get it ionized which is what I will do. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience and this is only a minor detail. More

I purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche with 52000 miles on it. The 3rd week I purchased I had to take it back for wheel bearings in the front end. The 5th week I had to take it for a new gas tank seal and a f it. The 3rd week I purchased I had to take it back for wheel bearings in the front end. The 5th week I had to take it for a new gas tank seal and a fuel pump. A month later I had to have the u joint replaced and the check engine light was on for a sensor. I tried to trade this back in to the dealership but they would not work with me at all on purchasing anything different. I am very upset with dealership and disappointed I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this dealership no matter what. More
I went in to this dealership with a tall order. I wanted an off-the-lot high-end and unusual configuration 2012 Fusion Hybrid. In response they gave 110% without a single bit of attitude, and got the job done. They found and got the car from a distant dealer and got it in time for a closing before the end of the calendar year which was important to me. It could not have been easy. I definitely recommend this dealer for anyone within a reasonable distance of Greenfield, MA. The price was fair, the trade offer was within my range and the closing was hassle-free. I do have to recommend using your own bank or CU for financing. You will likely get a better rate. Ask for Shane. More

I never feel like I'm getting a salesman approach- just person to person, detailed answers and practical advice. I never felt pressured to buy-in fact, I did a test drive 6 months ago, but wasn't ready to buy, and Mike was great about my window shopping. When it was time to buy, it was urgent- our other car died, and Mike and the dealership made it soo easy! I was in the middle of putting up a huge Holiday play, and the offered to drop the car off for me in Northampton. Mike's always available for questions, and has been great at calling to check up and see how things are going. I'm so glad to have this fantastic new car and even though I live in Holyoke now, working with Mike is so easy and comfortable, that he makes it well worth the trip north. Thanks, Mike! More
