While checking around the area for dealers selling new Toyota Prius V wagons, I called Toyota of Greenfield and spoke with Shane Barbato. On my second call to him, a car fitting my needs had just bee Toyota Prius V wagons, I called Toyota of Greenfield and spoke with Shane Barbato. On my second call to him, a car fitting my needs had just been received at the dealership and he quickly worked out a price quote for me, which was slightly less than at the other dealerships I had contacted. Moreover, his dealership's document fees were also lower. He was very friendly and straightforward throughout my dealings with him. He was extremely careful to show all the features of the new car to me and my wife during our test drive. Having had a disappointing experience at another nearby dealership, I greatly appreciated his professionalism. We are very happy with the car, and with this buying process. More

I went to Greenfield Toyota to comparison shop compared to Balise Toyota,in West Springfield . Greenfield Toyota offered me $500 more for my trade-in, the fees were $100 dollars less and the sale actual sa to Balise Toyota,in West Springfield . Greenfield Toyota offered me $500 more for my trade-in, the fees were $100 dollars less and the sale actual sale price price was $200 dollars less than Balise,,,for a total $800 difference in the final sale price. The sales person I dealt with, Rich Cramm was courteous and knowledgeable about the product (2011 Prius) and the available options. We went out of his way to be sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with our buying experience. Most of all he was not the stereotypical car sales person. He was interested n us and not just interested in selling a car. I would recommend Toyota of Greenfield and Rich Cramm to my friends who might be interested in a new car purchase.
