We immediately hit it off when he took me for a test drive and I knew that this was also the car for me. The rest of the day was taken up with paper work and phone calls which Mark handled like an old pro. I was impressed by his efficiency and calm demeanor. He even bought me a pizza for lunch while I waited for the paper work to be completed. More
