I got a good price through Ford's X-plan program, but I feel that I would have gotten a fair price by negot pleasant, and the deal was very painless. We had a GREAT experinece, Bill was new to the dealership but very quickly we learned he has many years of experience. The sales manager reconized us from a few years before from a diffrent dealership, he made us feel very welcome, we were happy to see he was in this position. We let Bill know what we were looking for on the price and what we would like for our trade, he quickly returned and let us know congratulation we have purchase this newer ford 150 2007, we let him know we would like new tires as part of the deal and this was approved with no hassel. We had to leave the truck a few days later to have the tires put on and worked with the service department, we were very pleased with the operation very well staffed, we asked if we could have a loaner for the afternnon and was pleasanlty surprised that was not an issue and we were in and out in just minuets. It has been about a monthe since we up graded my pick up truck and are very pleased our purchases and our experice, we have shared this with friend and family. Buying a brand new car for the first time is very stressful, but not when you are working with Shane! From the moment I walked in he was so friendly and helpful, seeing as I had no clue what I wanted stressful, but not when you are working with Shane! From the moment I walked in he was so friendly and helpful, seeing as I had no clue what I wanted. We quickly found out that the Yaris was the car for me and the paperwork was immediatly put through. The whole process took a while because there was a buyer ahead of me, but Shane kept me company, sharing interesting facts and stories, allowing me to relax and butt in with any question I hadn't thought to ask yet about my car. The rest of the sales associates were also quite friendly and very educated. I received a good value on my trade-in and also I wasn't pressured to finish dotting the i's that day. I enjoyed the weekend in my new car and came back on Monday to finish getting all registered. If you are looking (or just thinking!) about a new or used car, stop in and ask for Shane.
