Toyota of Greenfield was in my estimation the most pleasant auto dealership I have had the opportunity to deal with in the recent past 10 years or more, very upfront with their pricing, explanation of all facets of the deal, willing to go the extra mile for the business without making you feel like you are doing them a favor. We encountered no pressure from anyone there and everyone on the staff that we met made us feel like they truly wanted our business, and were very friendly and down to earth. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, new or used. More

If you crave those things, and don't mind paying a premium price for your vehicle to cover the costs, then this isn't the dealership for you. Ford of Greenfield is smaller and more friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and the salesperson, Ken Kavanaugh, was straighforward and easy to deal with. I've purchased a Focus, an Escape, and leased a Fusion from Ken, and I don't see any reason why I wouldn't continue to go back each time I need a new vehicle. More
