I was looking forward to a new car without being pressured. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Marty was very professional, yet friendly at the same time. Due to an accident, I returned this past week for my second Toyota Corolla. I was given the same high quality of customer service, great price, and overall just a great experience working with Marty again! Incidentally, there are other Toyota dealerships in my area. However, it was well worth the drive to Toyota of Greenfield, that should speak for itself! More

Just bought a brand new Toyota 4 Runner at Greenfield Toyota. I bought my very first new car there in 1989 and like that sale, this one was a great deal and very painless. Marty Kendrick was my sales agent and I found him to be friendly and a knowledgable professional. Marty took very good care of us during process. I would feel comfortable recommending Marty and Greenfield Toyota to my friends and family, because I feel he would extend them the same courtesy and respect. The whole process took less than 24 hours to complete, it was that easy. We went to the dealership pre-approved for financing and Marty actually found us a better rate. Overall, we were very satisfied and drove away happy in our new 4 Runner. More

I dealt with Carol 8 yrs. ago while purchasing my two previous Fords. She did a great job finding the best rate for my financing and saved me a lot of time trying to do it myself. She would always say hello and ask me how I was even when getting the two cars serviced, which was quite frequent. I told her I would do business with her should I every get another car at that dealership. That time came recently when the repairs on my Ford were too high for its total value, so I reluctantly said to myself, "OK, guess it is time for my "last car", although I had NO intention of getting either a Toyota nor a new car. I wanted a year or 2 yr. old Ford Fusion. But, when Carol very quietly brought out the new Toyota and said" just try it, you might be very surprised", I did and my husband and I were sold. It ran much better than the two used Fords we aslo tried that day. But the best quality about Carol, at least to me, is that she LISTENED to the type of car we wanted, especially its not having all the extras that come with the new cars. That is another reason that we did not buy the 2 used Fords - too many extras for what we both wanted. She knew, too, that I was not going to be pushed into buying what I did not want, and she respected that - something many car sales persons do not! I had left my name with her previously to call me when she had a car that fit my needs; she did, but for one reason or another I decided to wait. Then, within 2 days of thinking about the repairs to the Focus, I called her and she gave us what we needed. The business mgr.was also very patient and helpful with all her duties and sales as well. Marty Kendrick is a Top of the Line Sales man. I will recommend him to everyone. His knowledge of the vehicles, mixed with his professionalism, topped off by his friendliness are qualities that are very recommend him to everyone.
