Shane was friendly and kept a relaxed attitude thru the process. He had a sense of humor. On the day after buying the car I had to go back to dealer for my registration and to bring some paperwork. I purchased my 2nd Camry from Marty Kendrick. Great overall experience. Marty is a very genuine guy, and put absolutely zero pressure on me. Bill LaBonte was professional and has the ability to make you feel comfortable. He was polite and friendly and discussed several acceptable options when searching for what I wanted to purchase. On April 26th I brought my ford escape to Greenfield Ford On April 26th I brought my ford escape to Greenfield Ford located on Main Street for an oil change and an inspection sticker, I then left my ford es On April 26th I brought my ford escape to Greenfield Ford located on Main Street for an oil change and an inspection sticker, I then left my ford escape at this business. Upon return Chris Pinardi told me that the Oil change went well, but there were problems with the inspection sticker. He then went on to tell me that in order for my escape to pass I/we needed to replace part of the exhaust. Chris then went on to explain that my exhaust was “Leaking” out through a section of pipe close to the motor and if it wasn’t fixed that my escape would NOT pass inspection. Chris then asked me when would be a good time to fix this problem because “you only have about 4 days left in the month for a sticker.” I then asked Chris how much this “fix” would cost me. He told me about “$570 dollars.” I immediately told him “no”. I then paid my oil change bill, but before I left I asked Chris again, “so if I don’t have this muffler fix my escape will NOT pass inspection.” Chris then replied after a second of thought “No” The next day I received my inspection sticker from a different garage, without a problem, it was apparent to me that the I didn’t NEED any type of muffler work on my vehicle for it to pass inspection. I then entered Ford of Greenfield and spoke to Chris Pinardi face to face. I explained to him and showed him my receipt that my Escape passed inspection (NO WORK NEEDED). Chris then gave me this generic excuse that “It should have never passed, Bla, Bla, Bla” I kept telling him that my vehicle “ PASSED INSPECTION. “ Bottom line here, my family will NEVER EVER deal with Ford of Greenfield again, Chris Pinardi and your Ford organization has lost a TON OF RESPCET FROM ME. I will tell this story to anyone who will listen to me. I will talk about your Dealership and how I was treated. I am giving detail on how I based my rating. I was hoping that the car would be very clean on the inside (tan upholstery). I was disappointed that there were still spots that were dirty looking. I cleaned the instrument panel myself as there were liquid spots stuck to it. Some of it is still on the inside of the panel and I have no way of cleaning that off without removing the dashboard I guess. The detailing was very poor on the interior for delivery. I am missing the cup holder in the console and the owners manual which I had inquired about previously. I was told that it would be sent to me.....still waiting. 5/8/12-I would like to update this review Marty and I were able to get in touch and he was very apologetic about the detailing on the car. Unfortunately, it had not been inspected before it went out for delivery...so, Marty looked into getting the detailing done over again for me locally. I will be reimbursed after I send them the bill for the new cleaning. It is scheduled to go in next week. He also mailed out the owners manual and cup holder which I received. He is working hard to turn this around and I am very appreciative of his efforts :) Thank you Marty. More

My wife and I got a letter in the mail from Toyota,about trading in our Tacoma.The way gas prices are now,we figured we'd go check it out.We've dealt with Carol on a previous visit, and bought a RAV4 from h trading in our Tacoma.The way gas prices are now,we figured we'd go check it out.We've dealt with Carol on a previous visit, and bought a RAV4 from her.Then we traded it in for a new Tacoma,and now,a new Camry.She really listens to her customers needs,ans she went above and beyond to get us a great deal on the Camry.Well, needless to say, this was another great experience buying a car from Toyota,with Carol as our saleswoman.We can't say enough about her.She is not only our saleswoman,but a good friend as well.She really made the sale worry free for us.Thanks so much for having the best(in our book) sales consultant EVER !! Not to mention the service people there.Your car is in and out very quickly. Thank you Toyota/Ford of Greenfield. We will be back when it's time for another new vehicle.I hope Carol is still there.
