My experience with this dealership was great! I first went to another Toyota dealership closer to home, but the dealership was large and very impersonal. At Toyota and Ford of Greenfield, everyone was so went to another Toyota dealership closer to home, but the dealership was large and very impersonal. At Toyota and Ford of Greenfield, everyone was so friendly and happy to help me. Because it is a small dealership, I was able to meet and shake hands with almost all of the staff, which made it a more personal and comfortable experience. Every employee in the dealership was smiling and seemed excited about their jobs, which was very refreshing. I was in and out, and my car was delivered right to my place of work, which was so convenient since Greenfield is about a 20 minute drive for me. Marty Kendrick helped sell me my car and he was wonderful to work with. He was so friendly and easy to talk to and he seemed just as excited for me as I was to get me into my new Prius. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this car dealership and my sales consultant Marty Kendrick. And of course, pricing was very reasonable as well. More

On Sat May 12th my husband and I walked into Toyota of Greenfield to see if we could try out the Toyota 4Runner Limited that was in the lot. I had been looking at it for a few weeks and had decided to ta Greenfield to see if we could try out the Toyota 4Runner Limited that was in the lot. I had been looking at it for a few weeks and had decided to take a test drive and see if I liked it. When we walked through the doors there were several sales people in the building all sitting at their desks and only one looking our way and that was Carol Buker. She was very personable and friendly and was agreeable to us trying out the car. To this day I am very happy that we did deal with Carol and not the others since she knew what she was doing and was so helpful. There was only one other sales person with someone and the rest of your sales people were just sitting at their desks looking out the window or on their computers. We had been out in the lot for sometime before we entered the building and were amazed that not one of those people looking out the window ever came out to talk with us. I drove the car most of the time while my husband drove for a short distance. We were both very much liked the car and its performance and the quality of the car. Carol was so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the car. She was able to answer all of my questions so that I was able to understand how certain things worked in the car. since I have a very busy schedule she was able to work around my schedule and have the car ready when I was able to pick it up. I cannot say enough good about Carol. She spent a lot of time with me and helping me to set up some of the equipment in the car to my liking.
