I have worked with Mike several times before this sale, so that should say something right there. He sold me my 4Runner (my trade in) on the new Rav4. Helped me buy a used car for my son while he was deployed to Afghanistan, this was no easy transaction and Mike and Craig were with me every step of the way to make it work. This is why I returned to this dealership to buy my new car. Mike is always there to make things go smoothly and work for you. I trust Mike and that is why I chose to go to Toyota of Greenfield to make this purchase. You are lucky to have employees like this..there was really no other choice for me (even though I considered other dealerships and other cars) in the end I came back here because I know I would be treated right. He set up an appointment with me a couple days ahead of time and was ready to meet with me when I arrived. We looked at a few cars on the lot, took one out for a test drive, went over financing, and the deal was done in 3 hours. There was no talk about my budget, what kind of payment I'm looking for, no pushing me into a model/trim level I didn't want, none of the kind of behavior I've experienced at other dealerships that turned me off from the deal. Bill is super friendly, and I am sure that his goal is to make sure you purchase a vehicle you like and want, and that when you take it home, you can feel confident you got a fair deal. Also, I cannot over look Connie (Finance Manager), who can do some magic with interest rates & service packages. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Bill this year; from Hartford, CT, the drive to Greenfield was well worth my time. More

Went to Toyota of Greenfield on June 11, 2012 to look at a 2012 Toyota 4Runner. My wife and I met with Michael DuBour who explained that they did not have a 4Runner on the lot at this time but that we could a 2012 Toyota 4Runner. My wife and I met with Michael DuBour who explained that they did not have a 4Runner on the lot at this time but that we could take the sales manager's 2011 for a test drive. After a short ride we were convinced that this was the vehicle for us and sat down with Mike to negotiate a deal. Everything was up front, Mike showed us every price and the dealers cost associated with it. There was no game playing like other dealerships where the sales person keeps going back to the sales manager for a better price. We belong to AAA and had a fair purchase price printed out, Mike calculated a price that beat AAA by several hundred dollars. We also got fair value for our trade-in. The most difficult part was finding a vehicle in the color with all of our options. While we were there Mike spent time making phone calls and checking the computer finding the exact vehicle we wanted in New York State. Before we left the dealership we had a pick-up date and time. Mike had the vehicle in Greenfield fully prepped, registered and inspected as promised on Thursday at 5pm. OUTSTANDING! I usually find it painful to buy a car and have walked out of some dealerships in frustration! This was not the case at Toyota of Greenfield, Michael DuBour is easy to work with and gave the best deal possible, we would certainly go back to this dealership and sales person in the future. More

We went to Toyota of Greenfield, our most local dealership, having struck out at the further away Subaru dealerships. Carol listened well, showed us cars that fit our criteria and was genuinely fri dealership, having struck out at the further away Subaru dealerships. Carol listened well, showed us cars that fit our criteria and was genuinely friendly and also knowledgeable. This dealership is busy but the sales team is fairly low key compared to others. A plus for us. Having chosen a car, we were surprised at the lack of bartering over price (having been through that at other dealerships). In fact, it would have been helpful to us to just know what the price was as is done at Pleasant Valley. Bartering is so stressful. Anyway, the price was fair in the end. Carol was helpful in making all the arrangements go smoothly and in getting us a loaner when some work needed to be done on our car. The service team is really busy but they maintain their good humor and try hard to explain what is happening, why, and how long. Randy went the extra mile, literally, when the first test drive didn't reveal the problem with my car, hopping in and driving it up the expressway. Ultimately, I was unhappy with the price I had to pay for a problem I thought ought to be covered by the warranty, but I also understand that a case can be made for it not to be covered. Overall, I recommend this dealership and particularly Carol. I would buy another car from Toyota of Greenfield. More
