We had a superior experience with Marty Kendrick at Toyota of Greenfield. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere felt comfortable and even folksy. I checked prices through both Edmunds.com and Kelley Blue Book, and contacted several dealers via email. I used BuyaToyota.com to research the model of car I wanted, so I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. Book, and contacted several dealers via email. Toyota of Greenfield was the only dealer that sent a complete, thorough, clear, and easy to understand price quote. The other dealers were less than honest, and immediately tried to pressure me into coming into the dealerships. When I told Marty what I was looking for in terms of price, financing, and trade in, he was honest about what he could and could not do. Most of our communication was via email, and I spent 1 hour getting my trade in appraisal and pricing negotiated, and a half hour picking up my new car. What a pleasure to be treated respectfully, and to be given honest, transparent information! For the first time in years, I bought a car the way I wanted to, instead of being held hostage at a dealership while the sales staff and sales manager played games about pricing. I'd recommend Toyota of Greenfield without hesitation to anyone interested in buying a new car. More
