Very friendly, honest and informative car salesmen at this location. Compared to NADA price, they're a little high, but they do offer some great coverages and warranties which helped balance it out. Although I was a bit unorganized, he held a no-problem, we'll take care of it attitude that was reassuring. I said good rather than great about price, as I don't feel it was the deal of the century, but was probably fair enough to all concerned. I would certainly purchase again through Wade and would recommend him to any who ask. More

When I returned to buy the car, I asked if something could be done about it and he said he would call someone. Three days later, the car was delivered to my home in Amherst and the armrest looked like new. The car was delivered with a full tank of gas. Not only was I surprised that they would drive the car to me, but I was delighted with how the car looked. I have already recommended Toyota of Greenfield to several people. More

I was alone and eight hours from my home in West Virginia when my 1998 Camry stranded me for the third time in 5 months due to overheating issues that a new radiator and new thermostat had obviously not reso when my 1998 Camry stranded me for the third time in 5 months due to overheating issues that a new radiator and new thermostat had obviously not resolved. Toyota of Greenfield's Service Department had closed that Saturday afternoon but Mike Dubour in Sales was very kind and helped me leave my key and gave me paper and pen to write a note to the service department. When I heard from service that the repair was going to be extensive and costly I decided instead to call Mike Dubour and talk about buying a new car. Mike was very helpful, professional, courteous, and patient. Mike was able to give me a better price than my husband could get for me back home in West Virginia, so I decided to take home a very nice souvenir from my vacation in Greenfield. We ran into a few snags trying to make this transaction from six states away, but Mike Dubour was able to cut through all the red tape and get me on the road home in my brand new gorgeous black 2012 Camry the VERY NEXT DAY! My experience at Toyota of Greenfield was so wonderful I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a new Toyota! More
