We have experience working with several dealerships in the Hampden/Hampshire/Franklin County areas. Working with Wade at Toyota Ford Greenfield was by far the best. He provided valuable information to h the Hampden/Hampshire/Franklin County areas. Working with Wade at Toyota Ford Greenfield was by far the best. He provided valuable information to help us through the buying vs. leasing process. He was very friendly and honest and remained available throughout our entire buying process. We were very comfortable buying through Wade and never felt pressured. We also worked with Ryan for the final financial process. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every piece of the signing process in detail. We absolutely recommend this dealership and Wade in particular to anyone looking to buy a car and will certainly return when we are buying again! More

Shane is exceptionally nice, and I felt zero pressure. He let the truck sell itself to me. I got a superior product from a superior salesman, at from what I can tell a superior dealership! I couldn't believe Shane is a car salesman. I felt completely comfortable with him and felt zero stress or pressure from him. Mike was very helpful explaining to me about the trade-in for a new car and even helped me decide on a great upgrade. He sold me my 2010 two years ago and I am even happier with my 2012 and all of its great for a new car and even helped me decide on a great upgrade. He sold me my 2010 two years ago and I am even happier with my 2012 and all of its great features. He made the whole process comfortable and I think got me a good deal! He went to extra lengths to show me how to use some of the features in the car and advised me about Simonizing. More
I haven't bought a lot of new cars in my day so I was surprised that the trend in salesmanship has taken a much more casual turn than the last time I bought from a dealer. I should be clear I don't think surprised that the trend in salesmanship has taken a much more casual turn than the last time I bought from a dealer. I should be clear I don't think this is a bad thing. I rather like not being jumped on immediately or followed around hungrily. I will say though it was almost weird to essentially have to ask for help rather than have it offered, but once someone did realize that I might be there to actually purchase something there was a bit more energy in the room. I knew what I wanted to test drive so I didn't waste any time on the "what are you looking for" process. I didn't get the impression that my salesman knew very much about the car I was interested in nor was very enthusiastic about it. There wasn't a level of excitement about selling me one or showing me interesting things about it. That was a bit of a disappointment, but I am a quick learner and can read my own manuals, so I just chalked this up to the new aloof sales process being employed. The salesman was a nice guy, and really low key, something I typically appreciate in sales, but it would have been nice to feel like he really appreciated and knew more about the car he was going to sell me. P.S. I do LOVE my new car and am really glad it could be purchased locally! More
Overall, my visit was very acceptable. I realize that it was quite busy when I was trying to make a decision on whether to accept the trade-in offer and price of used vehicle and felt somewhat "rushed." I was quite busy when I was trying to make a decision on whether to accept the trade-in offer and price of used vehicle and felt somewhat "rushed." I had only stopped by to purchase a new air-conditioning filter and, on impulse, decided to check in with the Sales Department to get some information. I do like my newer Toyota Corolla. There are still a few things to be finished and addressed, but I am sure all will be taken care of. By the way, Chris in the Service Department, was super patient with me with all my questions and concerns. What a nice guy!!! He might dread see me heading his way, but I know he will help me anyway! I went to Ford of Greenfield for some help to get out of a SUV which I owed over 5,000 on. I got the run around over and over at Country Hyundai (where I got the SUV). I was Hi, On June 12, 2012 I purchased a car from Ford (Toyota) of Greenfield, Ma. The car was registered, insured, inspected and all papers signed. I was given the keys and drove home when I noticed the oil light come on. I brought the car back to the dealer the next day and the dealer took the car back. Francis J. Barrington, Used Car Manager, said my loan did not go through. I had put down a $500.00 downpayment, for which I requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund and told me I had to file an abatement with Mass. D.O.R. to get my money back. I waited a month only to get a form that needed to be signed by Mr. Barrington at the dealer and then mailed back to Mass. D.O.R. It is now Sept. 6, three months later, and I still do not have my $500 downpayment back, and learned I have to go through the R.M.V. to get a refund for the registration and plate fees ($100). I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! Not only did this dealer prematurely let me drive a car home that was not approved, they refused to refund my deposit!!!!! I think this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, both financially and emotionally! Sincerely, Tracy Danielsen More
