The straight forward, no-nonsense, honest approach from the salesman all the way up to the GM won us over- there was simply no need to go elsewhere. We got a very fair deal without all the machinations and gamesmanship that so often comes with buying a new car at a larger dealership. Every call and every e-mail has been answered promptly and when they say they're going to do something-they do. A breath of fresh air- highly recommend the dealer and Mike Dubour in particular. More

I came to Greenfield Ford to purchase a very specific car. They had the exact car I was looking for. Ken was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. When I came back to pick the car up, I was doing a final walkdown of the car and noticed the hood and trunk lid were out of alignment and a some shipping glue was on the moulding. The car looked great and had been detailed, but those things were missed. I have a high threshold for attention to detail and rejected the car until the body shop could correct the hood and trunk alignment and clean the sticker glue. That required me to come back a couple days later, which is why I marked quality of work down to good. However, Ken took care of the issue, got the car in, and stayed in touch with me about when it would be ready. As promised, when I arrived the second time, the car was in perfect condition, and Ken told me they inspected the other Fusions and had to correct 2 other issues. Overall, a great experience. I would buy another car here. My only suggestion is to establish a checklist and walkdown/inspect all cars on delivery to ensure that any potential factory issues are resolved before sale to prevent a similar issue, or a customer that may not notice body lines off until later, then be dissatisfied. We used USAA's car buying service to locate the exact car we wanted in our area. While Ford of Greenfield did not have this at the time of our search, they still received our request because they are a USAA- we wanted in our area. I went looking for a car for my son so I went to Greenfield Toyota and there I met Carol Buke I have always driven Toyotas and probably always will. She was so helpful and made everything so easy. My son loved the car (Camary). A few weeks later, I decided to help my friend out and purchase a Toyota Tacoma with a loan so he could pay for the truck after him putting his up his Honda Civic as down payment. Back to Carol to help me make this happen. She did it with a smile and made it happen only this time she made two people very happy. Carol knows her job and she knows people. A few months later I decided due to changes in my lifestyle, I needed something that was better on gas. I had a 2011 Highlander that I loved, my circumstances changed in my life and I had to do alot more travelling. Also things changed for my son and he wasn't going to be using the Camary for awhile so I decided to trade in the Highlander and the Camary for something more economical and did not want to make car payments. I knew the perfect person who could make that happen for me..Carol Buker! I explained what I wanted....Not an SUV but not s small car. She showed me the Vendenz. After a test drive I knew that was the car for me. I told her some options I wanted, a back-up camera and a remote car starter. This was a Monday and by Wednesday she had a car ready for me to drive off the lot. She showed me how everything worked on the car and told me to call if I had any problems. I felt very comfortable working with Carol and she is true to her word. She has a wonderful sense of humor as well. I plan on keeping my 2013 Vendenz for quite a while but would not hestitate to go back and see her again should I need another vehicle. Thank you Carol! More

I was nearing the end of a lease on a Toyota Corolla that I leased while living in Maine. I had absolutely NO money to put down or do anything with in regards to getting into another vehicle. I never dream I leased while living in Maine. I had absolutely NO money to put down or do anything with in regards to getting into another vehicle. I never dreamed that I would find anyone to do business with because of this reason but after coming to this dealership, I found that Mike Dubour was more than willing to do whatever he could to help me. He ended up getting me into a 2007 Ford Focus with no money down and I did not have to pay anything towards the mileage that I went over with the Corolla. My monthly payments are still very do-able and I can't say enough good things about Mike and the dealership itself. Ryan Deveney also helped out when Mike wasn't available. Great guys!!!!!!!!! I feel that I made the best choice possible in choosing a dealership and the vehicle itself.
