I started my search for a good used vehicle online and was very impressed with the GMC Envoy listed. The description and pictures did not disappoint when I went in for a test drive. Initially, I was disappointed with the dealership as the vehicle that was listed as available, had been sold. This vehicle was the reason I was at the dealership. But Ken was very helpful and soon found me an acceptable replacement. The vehicle was excellent and the salespeople were very helpful and accommodating. I came away feeling that I got a good deal and that the salespeople had done the best that they could to put me in a vehicle I was comfortable with. More

My husband and I went in on a Saturday expecting the visit to take a long time but the dealership was fully staffed and we were greeted right away in a friendly and helpful manner. The sales people listened to what we wanted and what our budget was without trying to sell us something we couldn't afford or didn't want. They worked with us to trade in my old car and make a great deal on a new ford focus hatchback. They had us out of there in a short amount of time so that we could enjoy the rest of our day. Once at the store, Marty was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us the exact car we wanted. He was able to obtain the exact model we requested the very next day, and we signed papers with Ryan the following. Ryan was very helpful in letting us know our options on vehicle coverages, and was able to help us select the best values. Everybody at the dealership was very knowledgeable and treated us with the utmost respect. By far the best interaction I have ever had with car salesmen. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Shane seemingly had no problem with me wanting to take some time to decide, was ok with me seeing what a local competitor of theirs co low pressure. He had the dealership search for exactly the options and color I wanted, and had a truck delivered the next day for me. Shane is a regular-guy, which is great. It's off-putting when a salesperson comes off as a salesperson, instead of just a regular person. This is a strength of his. There was no, "what can I do to get you to sign today" type of clichés that make people want to go elsewhere when buying a car. More
I was impressed with the straight forward process in negotiating and purchasing my 2012 4Runner. I had been to other dealerships and the high pressure sales, back and forth to the manager and length of time caused me to leave and not make a sale. Greenfield is price competitive and straight forward and I purchased my car from them. Also, my husband has used Greenfield Service for his Rav4 and was pleased with the honesty and directness of the service managers. They also follow Toyota recommended service schedules. We have not been pleased with other service departments in the area so we are willing to drive an extra 30 minutes to get good service, a good price and honesty. THank you Greenfield team More

I wanted to buy my car in Greenfield, but would have went with a significantly lower quote, if the other dealers had really wanted my business. Shane's style was also much more sincere that the other dealers I visited. In general, I felt very little stress, even though this was the first time I've purchased a new car.
